Return Policy
All items listed on the order are sold “as is” and remain the property of the seller until paid in full. Acceptance by the carrier will constitute delivery in a good order. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise and no returns after 5 days of customer receiving the merchandise. For any return, customer will be charged 15% restocking fees unless removed by seller. If customer returns or declines delivery, customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee for merchandise and all freight costs both ways.

You should assume everything you see, hear, or otherwise receive from or on the Site (the “Contents”) is copyright, trademark, trade dress or other intellectual property owned and/or licensed by Gas Mask Pro. HANDLING FEE
A handling fee of $9 will be charged to each order processed. Gas Mask Pro is a wholesaler, and dealing with order bellow a certain amount is time and money consuming. Since the prices of the items are extremely lower than competitors, thousands of our small customers are returning and buying from Gas Mask Pro.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Products displayed on the Site can be delivered anywhere in the world. Prices are valid and effective anywhere in the world. We have tried to accurately display the colors of our products on the Site. However, the colors you see will depend on your monitor and its settings. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be accurate.

GUARANTEE
Gas mask pro acts as a 3rd party distributor. Except as expressly provided by gas mask pro, there is no warranty of guarantee of merchant ability, or fitness for a particular purpose, or of any other kind, express or implied, with respect to the goods sold or the services we provide. All sales are final and all products are sold as is. All claims have to be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. All items listed on the packing slip remain then property of the seller until paid in full. Positively no credit allowed for merchandise returned without prior authorization in writing. Acceptance by the carrier will constitute delivery in good order. All claims for conditions to the contrary must be made with the carrier.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Gas Mask Pro harmless from and against any claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site or your violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
MISCELLANEOUS
Unless otherwise specified, Gas Mask Pro displays this Site and the Contents solely to market and promote Gas Mask Pro products and services in the United States. Gas Mask Pro controls and operates this Site from its offices in Los Angeles California where it has jurisdictions. All sales are according to the law of the state of California. These Terms shall be construed according to California law, without regard to conflicts of laws. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms, the Contents, the use of the Site, or products or services purchased using this Site, shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of California. Your use of the Site constitutes your consent to the jurisdiction and venue of said courts with respect to any such dispute. Any other agreements between you and Gas Mask Pro, In care superseded and have no force or effect.
TERMINATION
If Gas Mask Pro believes you have failed to comply with these Terms, or for any other or no reason, Gas Mask Pro may deny you access to the Site immediately without notice.
